Michelle Mesa-Pla

Michelle Mesa-Pla, MBA, MS, currently holds the position of SD Strategic Finance & Deal Optimization at Engage3 since July 2025 and is a co-founder of the Academy of Sports Performance & Recovery, which aims to support young and adolescent girls and gender-expansive youth in sports. Previously, Michelle served as Senior Director of Global Finance at Catalina USA from May 2015 to June 2025, directing financial strategies and analysis. Michelle’s extensive experience includes leadership roles in financial planning and analysis, risk management, and corporate finance across various organizations, such as Bloomin' Brands, TGH, and others. Educational qualifications include a BSBA in Finance from the University of Pittsburgh, an MS in International Affairs from Florida State University, and an MBA from the University of Tampa.
