R.M. Singh has a wealth of work experience in the marketing and digital media industry. R.M. began their career in 2005 at Google as an AdWords Optimization Strategist, where they conducted internet research, keyword suggestions, website quality enhancement and ad creative suggestions for better search engine ranking and cost reduction. R.M. also monitored ad (online advertising) creative policy and quality. In 2012, they moved to Simplilearn as Manager - Social Media & Communities, where they visualized and incorporated social media strategy with optimized infographics/content based promotion, built and engaged the community around Social Media channels, and created, developed, edited and proofread search engine friendly, engaging and original content related to product/service promotions. R.M. also gained extensive collating, calibrating, scheduling and reporting experience with tools such as Radian6, HootSuite, Explic8, Google Analytics & MS Excel. In 2014, they joined Jugular Social Media as Digital Marketing Manager. In 2015, they moved to Agile CRM as Senior Product Evangelist. In 2016, they were appointed Director of Marketing at GEO-I. Finally, in 2017, they became Head Of Marketing at EngageBay Inc.

R.M. Singh has a diverse educational background. R.M. obtained a Master's degree in English Language and Literature, General from the University of Rajasthan between 1999 and 2001. R.M. also holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English Language and Literature/Letters from Delhi University, which they completed between 1991 and 1994. Theireducational background also includes an All India Senior Secondary Certificate from Mayo College, Ajmer, which they obtained between 1983 and 1991. Additionally, Singh holds a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Simplilearn.
