Dina Ayoub, MSc, CHRE, is the Director of People Science at Engagesoft and serves as a student mentor at LUBS. With over 7 years of experience as an organizational psychologist, Dina has led significant HR transformation projects at Mercer Middle East, focusing on employee experience and talent management across multiple industries in the GCC region. Previously, Dina worked in various roles, including HR Lecturer at Princess Sumaya University for Technology and Human Resources Officer at Oxfam, contributing to recruitment and employee engagement initiatives. Dina holds a Master's degree in Business Psychology from the University of Leeds and a Certified Human Resources Expert designation.
