Fresia Jackson

Fresia Jackson is an experienced professional in the field of people science and research, currently serving as the Director of People Science Research at Culture Amp since June 2016, where responsibilities include guiding research projects and connecting product data to business outcomes. Fresia has held multiple roles within Culture Amp, including Lead Researcher and Lead People Scientist for Customer Education, focusing on educational strategies and instructional design. Previously, Fresia gained experience at various organizations including U.S. Customs and Border Protection and ICF International in research and analytics roles. Fresia holds a Master's Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Baltimore and a Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology and Health Sciences from William & Mary.
