Morgan Jones serves as the Chief Commercial Officer for the APAC region at EngageTech, overseeing strategic operations across Global Business Units to enhance service delivery, profitability, and growth. With a significant background in various leadership roles, including VP Operations and Delivery Director for both EMEA and the UK, Morgan has successfully managed large teams and improved customer service metrics while expanding the business into new markets. Previous experience includes managing a top-rated B&B and volunteering at MediCinema. Morgan holds a Master's Degree in Health Psychology and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Criminology from Coventry University.
