Alvin Nathaniel

Alvin Nathaniel has extensive experience in customer implementation and knowledge management, currently serving as Customer Implementation Manager at Engageware since July 2018. Throughout this tenure, Alvin has also held roles such as Managed Services Team Lead, Knowledge Management Analyst, and Knowledge Management Specialist. Prior to Engageware, Alvin was an Advertising Administrator at Sean Tracey Associates for a brief period in 2019. Alvin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from the University of New Hampshire's Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics, completed in 2020.
