Johnny Kendrick has worked as a Customer Support Engineer at Engageware since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at The NHHEAF Network from 2006 to 2022, where they held the position of Technical Support Analyst. In this role, they were responsible for installing, supporting, and maintaining multiple operating systems, managing user accounts and privileges according to guidelines, providing end-user support, acting as a liaison with software vendors, and coordinating data file transfers with external partners.
