Justin Smith

Justin Smith has extensive experience in product management and leadership roles. Justin is currently working as a Product Manager at Engageware since September 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Product Line Manager at Availity from May 2019 to August 2022. From June 2017 to August 2018, Justin served as the Director of Product Management at Pilgrim Quality Solutions. Justin also held the positions of Manager of Product Management from February 2015 to May 2017 and Senior Product Manager from November 2012 to January 2015 at the same company. Justin's earlier experience includes working as a Product Manager at Vitera Healthcare Solutions (formerly Sage Software and WebMD Practice Services) from September 2001 to November 2012.

Justin Smith attended the University of Florida from 1991 to 1996. Justin did not obtain a degree or specify a field of study during this time. In addition to their undergraduate education, Justin has obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 2006, they received the Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute. In 2007, they obtained the New Product Development Certification from the Product Development and Management Association. In 2010, Justin became Pragmatic Marketing Certified through the Pragmatic Marketing institution. Lastly, in 2011, they received the Agile for Product Owners certification from ASPE, Inc.
