Matt Ryan

Matt Ryan has a strong background in product management and analysis. Matt is currently working as a Product Manager at Engageware since March 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Product Analyst and Senior Applications Engineer / Applications Engineer at InfinityQS International from January 2014 to September 2022. In these roles, Matt was responsible for delivering project implementation and technical consultation services, guiding new client implementations, and leading data structure design and import/export. Matt was also involved in training clients and new hires, creating internal knowledge base articles, and communicating updates and technical details to the engineering team.

Matt Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Chemical Engineering from Northeastern University. In addition to their degree, they have obtained certifications in the field of product management, including the Pragmatic Certified Product Manager from Pragmatic Institute in October 2021, and the Certified Six Sigma Green Belt from Villanova University in May 2017.
