The Sales Team at Engagex is responsible for driving new revenue by engaging with current customers of insurance agents. Comprising Sales Representatives and a Sales Manager, the team collaborates closely with Call Center Agents to execute customer engagement programs, increase sales, reduce cancellations, and enhance the overall value of the agencies we partner with.
