Todd McPhee

Todd McPhee is the founder of Engaging.io, a company that partners with medium and large global organisations to align humans with technology to create better customer experiences and drive business outcomes. Engaging.io is a systems and process expert with deep experience across a number of sales and marketing platforms and provides objective recommendations based on assessments. McPhee has held leadership roles such as Director of Strategy at One Source Media (2000–2009) and Research Director at Conde Nast Australia (1997–1999), as well as Director of Implementation at Slingshot Media Ventures (2009) and Research Assistant at Murdoch Magazines (1993–1995). McPhee earned a BA in Psychology and Statistics from Macquarie University (1989–1991).
