Jim L. is an accomplished engineering executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various companies. Currently serving as the VP of Engineering at Rely Contract Manufacturing since May 2023, Jim also holds the position of VP of Engineering and Technology at Engauge Workforce Solutions, along with a background as Co-Founder of 6th Avenue Group. Previous roles include Chief Technology Officer and Director of Digital Transformation and Innovation at bb7 product development, and VP of Innovation and Technology at Techniplas. With experience as an Engineering Manager at Dickten Masch Plastics and a Project Manager at MGS Mfg. Group, Jim has a solid foundation in engineering and technology. Educationally, Jim holds an MBA from Marquette University and a BS in Industrial Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville.
