Philipp Pauer

Philipp Pauer has a diverse work experience starting in 2010 with their military service in the Austrian Armed Forces. Philipp then went on to complete internships at Eaton, OMV, and AVL in 2011 and 2012. In 2013, they worked as a Student Researcher at the University of Leoben, Department of Product Engineering, and also completed an internship at Pollmann GmbH. In 2015, they did an internship at Pollmann China. Since 2016, Pauer has been working at ENGEL, starting as a Trainee in Production & Logistics and progressing to roles such as Project Manager of Product Development and Teamleader of Quality Management. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Quality Management at ENGEL.

Philipp Pauer completed their education with a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Montanuniversität Leoben in 2015. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the same university, which they completed in 2016. Prior to their university studies, Philipp obtained their Matura from Bundesgymnasium und Bundesrealgymnasium Gmünd between 2002 and 2010.
