Rainer Beutl

Rainer Beutl began their work experience in 2010 at Oberbank AG, where they worked in customer consultation for B2C and organizational development. Rainer was involved in sales control projects and specialized in providing advice on residential financing. Rainer also obtained various internal certifications and participated in leadership training. In 2018, they joined ENGEL as part of the Business and Market Development team for Aftersales. Rainer held different roles, including Teamlead and Head of Business Development Aftersales. In these positions, they were responsible for the strategy, market development, and sales of the Aftersales product portfolio globally. Rainer was also involved in planning and leading strategy workshops and managing projects, products, and collaborations.

Rainer Beutl completed their Master of Arts in Betriebswirtschaftslehre at Hamburger Fern-Hochschule from 2021 to 2023. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Betriebswirtschaft mit Schwerpunkt Marketing from the same institution between 2019 and 2021. In 2017, Rainer Beutl completed a Führungskräfte Ausbildung Basic at LIMAK Austrian Business School. Their education history also includes earning a Matura degree from Handelakademie Freistadt from 2004 to 2009.
