Heath Darwin

Heath Darwin has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Sales Associate at AT&T from February 2005 to December 2009, where they handled sales and customer contracts. Heath then transitioned to Engel Realty Company, LLC, where they held various positions. Heath served as an On-Site Property Manager from March 2010 to August 2016 and was responsible for daily operations, budget management, and resident events. Heath later became a Regional Manager from October 2016 to March 2020, focusing on team building, education, and troubleshooting. Most recently, they took on the role of Junior VP - Residential, starting in March 2020, where they oversee various aspects of the company's multifamily portfolio, including property acquisitions and dispositions.

Heath Darwin attended Northeast Alabama Community College from 2005 to 2007, where they earned an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Business Administration and Management, General.
