Katharina Ruhsam

Katharina Ruhsam currently serves as Team Lead Analyse at Engel & Völkers Digital Invest since November 2022, after holding the position of Senior Real Estate Investment Analyst at the same company. Prior experience includes roles at BNP Paribas Real Estate from December 2017 to October 2022, progressing from Junior Consultant to Senior Consultant in Valuation. Katharina also completed an internship at Keller Williams Realty, Inc. in 2017 and worked as a Controller and dual student at Degewo AG from 2013 to 2017. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Real Estate Management from EBZ Business School (2020-2022) and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a focus on Real Estate from The Berlin School of Economics and Law (2013-2016).
