Nicolas Puech

Nicolas Puech has a diverse range of work experience in human resources. Nicolas began their career at Disneyland Paris as an Academic Relations Coordinator in 2002. Nicolas then worked as an HR Advisor at CAF from 2003 to 2006. From 2008 to 2012, Nicolas served as an HR Manager at Mars. Nicolas then became an HR Generalist at the Global Alliance for Improved Nutrition from 2012 to 2013. Following that, Nicolas worked as an HR Business Partner at Raizen Trading from 2013 to 2015. Most recently, they have been with Engelhart Commodities Trading Partners, where they started as an HR Business Partner in 2015, and currently holds the position of Global Head of Human Resources since September 2018.

Nicolas Puech started their education in 1997 at IUT, where they pursued a DUT GEA RH degree. After completing their degree in 1999, they joined Université Paris-Est Créteil (UPEC) and obtained a Licence and Master in HR between 1999 and 2001. Following this, they attended Université d'Angers from 2001 to 2002, where they earned a Master 2 degree in International Human Resources Management.
