Ian Lancaster is an experienced plater with a career spanning over two decades in various prominent companies within the industry. Beginning at Wood Group from November 2004 to October 2016, Ian subsequently worked for Amec Foster Wheeler and WorleyParsons before joining Smulders for a short period in 2023. Since February 2021, Ian has been employed at Engenda Group, continuing to contribute expertise in plating. Ian's education includes studies at Charles Trevelyan in Newcastle upon Tyne, South Shields Marine College, and Willington High.
