Wayne Thompson

Wayne Thompson is a seasoned construction manager with extensive experience in project management and strategic planning. Currently serving at Engenda Group since June 2019, Wayne oversees maintenance projects at the INEOS Runcorn site, focusing on planning, scheduling, and implementing control systems to ensure project success. Prior to this role, Wayne was the managing director at ThermoweldPWS from January 2012 to March 2019, where responsibilities included developing business strategies and advising employees to meet company goals. Wayne holds NVQ level 1 and 2 qualifications in Mechanical Engineering from Longlands College Middlesbrough, obtained between 1991 and 1992.
