Florence William Mpata

Florence William Mpata has extensive experience in research, monitoring, and evaluation roles. From January 2022 onwards, Mpata has been serving as the Deputy Chief of Party, Research, Monitoring, Evaluation, and Technical Director at the Johns Hopkins Center for Communication Programs. Prior to this, Mpata held the position of Research, Monitoring & Evaluation Director at the same organization from July 2019 to February 2022.

Before joining the Johns Hopkins Center, Mpata worked at EngenderHealth as a Researcher, Monitoring & Evaluation Officer from September 2018 onwards. Mpata also held the role of Research, Monitoring & Evaluation Officer at EngenderHealth from September 2018 to July 2019.

Mpata's work experience also includes a role as an M&E Specialist at Management Sciences for Health, starting from September 2015. Prior to that, Mpata served as a Monitoring & Evaluation Officer at 10ème Fonds Européen de Développement from December 2011 to August 2015.

Florence William Mpata is a PhD candidate in Measure & Evaluation at Université Laval, where they have been studying from 2018 to 2021. Prior to this, they completed their Master 2 (M2) in Public Health with a specialization in Public Health, Society, and Development at Aix-Marseille University, from 2013 to 2016.
