Robyn Sneeringer

As Chief of Staff, Robyn Sneeringer serves as a key advisor to the CEO, providing strategic leadership and ensuring the implementation of organization-wide priorities. Robyn brings 20 years of experience working at the intersection of gender equality, human rights, reproductive justice, and women’s health. Prior to joining EngenderHealth, she served as Deputy Director for Program Advocacy and Communications at the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, leading global strategies on family planning; maternal, newborn, and child health; and primary health care. In addition, Robyn also previously served in leadership roles at the Puget Sound Affiliate of Susan G. Komen and as a Senior Advisor at Ipas. Earlier in her career, Robyn was a management consultant to the pharmaceutical sector and the federal government. Robyn has a master of public health in health management and policy from the University of Michigan, concentrating in reproductive and women’s health, and a bachelor of science in education and social policy from Northwestern University.
