Lee Giguere

Lee Giguere has significant experience in the legal field, particularly in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries. Lee currently serves as the Chief Legal Officer at enGene since January 2024. Prior to this, they held the same position at Obsidian Therapeutics from November 2021 to January 2024. Before that, they worked as the General Counsel at Chiasma from September 2019 to August 2021. Lee also served as the Deputy General Counsel at Karyopharm Therapeutics Inc. from September 2016 to September 2019. Lee started their career as an Associate at Goodwin Procter LLP in September 2006 and remained there until October 2013. Lee also has experience in corporate governance and securities law, having held the role of Director, Senior Securities & Governance Counsel at Boston Scientific from November 2013 to September 2016.

Lee Giguere attended Northeastern University from 1998 to 2002, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, General. Lee then pursued further education at the Northeastern University School of Law from 2003 to 2006, obtaining a Doctor of Law (JD) degree.
