Nick Rengel

Nick Rengel is a licensed attorney who has an expertise and background in finance and accounting. He received his BS in Political Science from United States Military Academy, as well as his Juris Doctor and LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Oregon School of Law and Northwestern University School of Law, respectively. Prior to joining EnGeneIC, Nick worked for the large accounting firms of Deloitte and PwC, in management and tax consulting roles. Serving as a member of multiple client engagement teams, Nick participated in strategy and operations, mergers and acquisitions, and international tax planning engagements with a focus on the life science industry.
