Magdalena Lipska-Bober

Magdalena Lipska-Bober is an experienced Recruitment and HR professional, currently serving as Recruitment & HR Leader at Engenious since April 2019 and as a Recruitment Consultant at Onpleo. With a significant background at IBM from 2005 to 2019, Magdalena developed and executed recruitment strategies, managed the entire hiring process, and provided HR consulting. Additionally, prior experience includes HR internships at IBM and Adecco Group, where foundational skills in recruitment and administrative tasks were acquired. Magdalena holds a Master's degree in Human Resources/Management & Marketing from AGH University of Krakow and studied at Università degli Studi di Foggia in Italy.
