Erik Anderson, PhD, is a current Ph.D. candidate in the G.W.W. School of Mechanical Engineering and a graduate researcher in the NanoEngineered Systems and Transport (NEST) Lab, focusing on nanoscale energy transport and conversion. Previously, Erik held roles as a Senior MEMS Microfabrication Engineer at EngeniusMicro and a Research Scientist at Carbice Corporation, where innovative methods for thermal measurements and CNT-based projects were developed. Erik also gained research experience as a Graduate Researcher at Georgia Institute of Technology and an Engineering Intern at Caterpillar Inc. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and Physics from Bradley University and a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology.
