Erika McDonald has over 14 years of experience in the industry, specializing in the assessment, remediation, and management of contaminated land and groundwater. Erika has worked in various roles at different companies, including ENGEO Limited where they worked as an Associate Environmental Engineer and later as a Senior Environmental Engineer. At Coffey International Ltd, they served as an Environmental Team Leader. Prior to that, they worked at Erler & Kalinowski, Inc. as a Project-Level and Managing Environmental Engineer. Erika has a proven track record in communication and leadership, effectively collaborating with project stakeholders and regulatory agencies.
Erika McDonald earned a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering from the University at Buffalo from 1999 to 2002. Erika later pursued a Master of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Stanford University from 2002 to 2003.

In 2012 we merged with ENGEO Incorporated, a specialist seismic, geotechnical and environmental consulting firm in California, USA. We are based in Christchurch, Wellington, Tauranga, Auckland and Queenstown, and in Australia in Sunshine Coast and Adelaide and work wherever our clients need us - nationally and internationally.
