Lauren Loey

Lauren (Becker) Loey, PE, has a diverse background in civil engineering, currently serving as a Project Engineer at ENGEO since May 2021, after previously holding the position of Staff Engineer. Prior to ENGEO, Lauren was a Staff Engineer at Earth Systems from July 2020 to May 2021 and gained valuable experience as an Engineering Intern at the same company in 2019. Lauren's early career included a Public Works Student Intern position with the City of San Mateo, where responsibilities involved working with the Private Development team and the Traffic team on various projects between 2017 and 2018. Previous experience also includes a Summer Intern role at Vance Brown, Inc., focusing on the historic restoration of Roble Gymnasium. Lauren began professional work with positions in customer service, including roles at Harmony Reflexology and Baskin Robbins during 2015 and 2013, respectively. Lauren holds a Blended Bachelor/Master's Degree in Civil Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, completed in December 2021.
