Jennifer Zull is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in customer communications and campaign management across various industries. Currently serving as the Senior Customer Communications Manager at ENGIE AU, Jennifer leads the CX Communications team to enhance customer lifecycle experiences and foster loyalty. Prior to this role, Jennifer held multiple positions at Simply Energy, including CX Customer Communications Manager, where strategic initiatives were implemented to improve customer retention. Jennifer's previous experience includes significant roles at Australian Paper Pty Ltd and Zarr Marketing, managing the marketing mix for national consumer brands and overseeing integrated marketing campaigns. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Business (Marketing) degree from Victoria University.
