Penny’s background includes strategic marketing management, product development, and market strategy, with a strong focus on emerging technologies and customer engagement. Earlier career experiences encompass management consulting at Growth Mantra Pty Ltd and Advanced Management Services, along with significant roles at Telstra Corporation, where Penny contributed to the development and launch of several high-revenue products and services. Penny holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Political Science from the University of Melbourne and a Graduate Diploma in International Business with a specialization in Marketing from Monash University.
