Jose Luis Cruz Gonzalez is an experienced project management professional with a robust background in the telecommunications and energy sectors. Currently serving as a Project Management Officer at ENGIE Chile since October 2022, responsibilities include project planning, cost control, and documentation management. Previously, at ENGIE México from July 2017 to September 2022, roles included Project Manager, PM Construction Deputy, and PMO Coordinator. At Telmex from July 2014 to June 2017, leadership of major strategic projects such as Fiber to the Home (FTTH) and Fiber to the Node (FTTN) was undertaken. Prior experience at Huawei Enterprise from May 2011 to June 2014 involved managing the deployment of Nextel's 3G network and transforming telecom infrastructure across numerous public government offices.
