Julio Saintard Flores is an experienced professional in project management and engineering, currently serving as the Plan, Control & Technical Manager at ENGIE Chile since April 2020, overseeing PMO, engineering, quality, and pre-construction for renewable energy projects. Previous roles include Pre Construction and Evaluation Manager and Senior Project Manager at ENGIE Chile, and Director of Projects and Project Manager at ACCIONA, where significant experiences involved managing and executing large-scale renewable energy projects. Prior to these positions, Julio worked as an Independent Consultant in Engineering and Processes and held various roles at CODELCO, including Project Coordinator for Infrastructure and Head of Engineering and Processes. Julio holds an MBA from Universidad de Chile and a Civil Electrical Engineer degree from Universidad de Santiago de Chile.
