Priscila Valencia

Priscila Valencia is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operational excellence and project management in the energy and engineering sectors. Currently serving as Gerente Excelencia Operacional at ENGIE Chile since March 2017, Priscila oversees critical projects, CAPEX and OPEX management, and industrial control system security. Previous roles include leadership positions at WorleyParsons, where responsibilities encompassed project implementation and engineering processes for notable clients in the mining and lithium industries. An effective educator, Priscila has also served as an assistant professor and a training instructor for entrepreneurs. Priscila holds dual master's degrees in Business Administration and Global Business from Universidad de Chile and Cranfield School of Management, along with a degree in Chemical Engineering from Universidad de Chile. Additionally, Priscila participated in a mentorship program with the Global Women's Network for Energy Transition.
