Jana Struck

Jana Struck currently serves as a Talent Acquisition Partner at ENGIE Deutschland since January 2023. Previously, Jana Struck held various roles at GETEC Group from September 2017 to December 2022, including Specialist Talent Acquisition & HR Development, Junior Referentin Personalentwicklung & Recruiting, and Werkstudent Recruiting und Personalentwicklung. Jana Struck also gained experience as a Praktikant at Diebold Nixdorf for a brief period in 2017 and as an Assistent der Geschäftsleitung at New Age Bulgaria in 2015. Earlier internships included a role in Personal & Organisation at FOB e.V. from April to September 2014. Jana Struck completed a Master of Science in Betriebliche Berufsbildung und Berufsbildungsmanagement with a focus on Personal- und Organisationsentwicklung at Otto-von-Guericke University Magdeburg from 2018 to 2020, following a Bachelor of Science in Betriebswirtschaftslehre / Internationales Management from the same institution between 2014 and 2018.
