Kathrin Pauls has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Kathrin started their career in 1988 as a Developer at Campina International B.V. Kathrin then joined Rexam Beverage Can Europe & Asia in 1994, where they held the roles of IT Support Manager and IT Manager until 2006. In 2006, they joined ENGIE Deutschland as a Business Information Manager and worked in that role until 2014. Kathrin then served as the Head of Purchasing Berlin, Fleet & Facility Management from 2014 to 2015. From 2016 to 2019, they held the position of Team lead Business Applications Energie & Portfolio at ENGIE Deutschland. Currently, they are the Head of Enterprise Applications at ENGIE Deutschland.
Kathrin Pauls completed their education from 1985 to 1988 at the Fachschule für Ökonomie Rodewisch. During this time, they earned a Diploma in Business Administration with a focus on Organisation and IT (Business Informatics).
