Lena Zschoge

Lena Zschoge currently serves as Assistenz der Niederlassungsleitung at ENGIE Deutschland since September 2023. Prior to this role, Lena spent six years at Kiwigrid GmbH, progressing from Teamassistentin to People & Culture Manager, where responsibilities included employee onboarding, internal communications, and the organization of staff events. Lena also worked as an Interim Recruiter and supported an international team with administrative tasks. Previous experience includes roles as Front Office Agent at Bilderberg Bellevue Hotel Dresden and Hotelfachfrau at The Westin Grand Frankfurt, providing extensive exposure to high-class hospitality operations. Lena studied at City College of San Francisco from 2011 to 2012.
