Ayodeji Oluwaseun Olaofe is a skilled professional in credit operations with extensive experience in the financial sector. Currently serving as the Credit Operations Manager at ENGIE Energy Access (Africa) since December 2022, responsibilities include designing credit operation strategies and managing teams and stakeholder projects. Previously, as Credit Manager at Okazi Finance Limited from January 2020 to December 2022, Ayodeji led credit committees, made loan decisions, and improved credit policies. Prior roles also include Group Leader of Credit and Senior Loan Officer at AB Microfinance Bank Nigeria, where Ayodeji focused on team training and supervision, credit policy adherence, and client business oversight. Ayodeji holds a BSc in Statistics from the University of Ado Ekiti, obtained in 2007.
