Inocencio Pinto has extensive work experience in warehouse management. inocencio started their career as a Stock Manager at Comercial Portuguesa lda in 2001 and worked there until 2011. inocencio then joined Companhia Industrial da Matola as a Warehouse Manager from 2012 to 2017. Following that, Pinto worked at Olam as a Warehouse Manager, where they managed 4 warehouses and focused on implementing Lean concepts. In 2019, they joined Fenix International as a Warehouse and Tech Team Manager, responsible for leading the warehouse team and ensuring a safe and productive work environment. Currently, Pinto holds the position of Acting Head of Operations at ENGIE Energy Access (Africa).

Inocencio Pinto's education history begins with their completion of a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification in Process Management at BMGI in 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Diploma in Commerce from the University of Swaziland's Faculty of Commerce, where they studied Business/Commerce, General from 1995 to 1998. Inocencio also attended Salesian High School from 1989 to 1993, where they received a Cambridge O Level Certificate with a focus on Accounting and Business/Management.
