Global Product Manager - Solar Home Systems at ENGIE Energy Access (Africa)

Eng. Samson Sevume, PRINCE2 certified, currently serves as the Global Product Manager for Solar Home Systems at ENGIE Energy Access (Africa) since November 2021. Previously, Samson held various roles at Centum Investment Company Plc. from August 2014 to October 2021, including Project Manager for Pearl Marina Estates Limited, where project management was conducted for multiple projects such as the Vipingo Sea Water Desalination and Sabis School Water project, and assistant project management for the Two Rivers Infrastructure and Mall project. Further experience includes an Electrical Engineering Internship at the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Development in Uganda, and an Electrical Internship at the Civil Aviation Authority of Uganda. Samson began a career in finance as a Finance Clerk at Case Hospital. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Makerere University and an ongoing Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Nairobi.
