Rwagaju Louis began their work experience as the Mayor of Bugesera District in 2009 and served in that role until 2016. In 2016, they joined Mobisol Group as the Head of Corporate Sales and Government Relations, and also worked as the Corporate and Government Relations Manager at Mobisol Rwanda Ltd. Rwagaju'sresponsibilities involved developing business and partnerships with institutions in the solar energy industry.
Rwagaju Louis completed their Master's degree in Governance and Development Studies at the University of Rwanda from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Economics and Development Studies from the same university, studying from 2000 to 2004.
