Shamsa Nakibuuka

Shamsa Nakibuuka is an accomplished professional currently serving as the President of the Rotaract Club of Kla City since July 2024. With extensive experience in the technology sector, Shamsa has been a Software Support Officer at ENGIE Energy Access (Africa) since July 2019 and previously worked as a Data Entry Clerk at the Ministry of Internal Affairs from September 2018 to July 2019. Earlier roles include serving as a Brand Ambassador and Information Technology Intern at Vodafone Uganda in 2017. Shamsa holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems from Makerere University (2015-2019) and completed a Cloud Computing program at Huawei ICT Academy in 2020. Educational foundations were established with a High School Diploma from Gayaza High School (2009-2014).
