Situmbeko Nyumbu

Situmbeko Nyumbu serves as the Technical and Operations Manager at ENGIE Energy Access (Africa) since May 2021, where responsibilities include overseeing the implementation of 60 solar mini-grids under the Increased Access to Electricity and Renewable Energy Production (IAEREP) and 11 solar mini-grids under the Beyond the Grid for Africa (BGFA) program in collaboration with the European Union. Situmbeko is a Certified Energy Auditor, having received training at the Kafue George Regional & Training Centre (KGRTC) through partnerships with the European Union, Ministry of Energy, and Engineering Institution of Zambia. Previously, Situmbeko worked as an Engineer at REA from January 2012 to February 2013. Educational background includes studies at the University of Zambia.
