Michelle Ferris

Michelle Ferris is currently serving as an Operations Manager at ENGIE Impact, where Michelle has held various leadership roles since July 2018. Prior to this, Michelle gained extensive experience in billing management at Ports America from November 2011 to July 2018. Michelle also has a background in fleet maintenance management at Con-Way Freight and Con Way Central Express from 2005 to 2011. Michelle holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership and Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Siena Heights University, as well as an Associate of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Schoolcraft College. Their educational journey began at Plymouth Salem High School.
