Cyril Daniels is an accomplished business developer and multi-disciplinary project manager specializing in hybrid power systems, flexibility, and storage at ENGIE Laborelec since July 2021. With extensive experience in the renewable energy sector, Cyril previously held senior project management roles at ELECTRABEL - ENGIE GROUP from August 2017 to July 2021, where major projects included overseeing onshore wind initiatives with budgets up to €50 million. Cyril's expertise encompasses designing electrical connections for wind farms, managing relationships with grid operators in Belgium, and leading R&D initiatives in smart grids and storage integration. Prior to this, Cyril held various engineering roles at TRACTEBEL - ENGIE GROUP, focusing on nuclear power plant electrical systems and contract management. Cyril holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Power Engineering and a Nuclear Training Program certification from ENGIE University, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering.
