Charlotte Puget

Charlotte Puget is an accomplished operational performance leader currently serving as the Operational Performance Director at ENGIE North America Inc., where responsibilities include overseeing the operation and maintenance of over 400 Distributed Solar and Storage assets. Prior to this role, Charlotte held the position of Regional Managerial Director & COO for HVAC Maintenance at EQUANS, managing a large technical maintenance agency and achieving significant improvements in performance and business development. Experience also includes managerial roles at ENGIE Réseaux, where Charlotte led operations across major heating sites, and at Orano, overseeing logistics for nuclear services internationally. Educational background includes a Master’s degree in industrial engineering from École des Mines de Saint-Étienne and a diploma from Technische Universität Wien.
