Prathima Sundar

Prathima Sundar serves as the Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at ENGIE North America Inc. since January 2016, previously holding the role of VP for HR Business Partnerships, DEI, and Culture. Prior to this, Prathima was the Associate Director of People & Performance at Easter Seals Bay Area from January 2014 to January 2016, where Prathima managed a growing HR team and oversaw various HR functions during a significant expansion. Prathima also held a position as Senior Human Resources Professional at PT Gaming, LLC, where Prathima revamped recruiting processes leading to a significant reduction in turnover. Earlier experience includes serving as a Human Resource Business Partner at the Employment Development Department, where Prathima contributed to HR initiatives and managed recruitment across numerous offices. Prathima holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Symbiosis, an M.A. in Public Relations from the University of Madras, and a B.A. in Commerce (Hons) from the University of Madras.
