Edgar Eduardo Zuñiga Goyzueta

Edgar Eduardo Zuñiga Goyzueta has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several companies and roles. Edgar Eduardo began their career as a Junior Analyst in Organization and Methods at ENAPU, where they improved productivity in the process of purchase and sale of bills and invoices. Edgar Eduardo then worked at Banco del Nuevo Mundo as a Junior Analyst and participated in various projects related to procedure preparation and process redesign.

Zuñiga Goyzueta then joined Banco Continental as an Analyst in Organization before moving to TEKNO, where they worked as an Analyst in Organization and Methods. At TEKNO, they were involved in projects such as the redesign of the credit and collections process and documentation of the ERP system.

Edgar Eduardo then joined Cervesur as a Senior Analyst in Organization and Methods, where they participated in various projects, including the redesign of procurement and operation processes for different companies within the Cervesur Group.

After Cervesur, they worked at Minsur S.A. as a Senior Analyst in Organization and Methods, focusing on organization and methods analysis.

Zuñiga Goyzueta later served as a Consultant in ISO 9001 at Sociedad Nacional de Industrias and as a Consultant in Business Process Redesign at Malaga-Webb & Asociados.

Edgar Eduardo then transitioned to SUEZ Energy Perú, where they held multiple roles. Edgar Eduardo served as the Coordinator for the SOX implementation project, implementing Section 404 of the SARBANES-OXLEY law. Edgar Eduardo later worked as a Buyer before becoming an Internal Auditor involved in the implementation of the SOX law in SUEZ ENERGY NORTH AMERICA.

Their most recent role was at ENGIE Perú, where they worked as the Head of Business Quality. In this position, they were responsible for data protection management, internal control coordination, as well as maintaining compliance with ISO certifications.

Throughout their career, Zuñiga Goyzueta has demonstrated a strong focus on compliance, process improvement, and quality assurance.

Edgar Eduardo Zuñiga Goyzueta's education history includes a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from the Universidad de Lima, completed from 1988 to 1991. Edgar Eduardo then pursued a specialization in Organization and Methods at the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú in 1993. In 1995, they completed the first year of an MBA program at the Universidad de Piura. Edgar Eduardo further attained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a Mention in General Management from ESAN Graduate School of Business in 2000. Additionally, in 2000, they participated in an MBA exchange program at Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management, specializing in General Management. Following this, in 2007, they obtained a diploma in systems of management, specifically ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001, from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú. Presently, they are pursuing a Magister degree in Government of Organizations from the PAD - Escuela de Dirección de la Universidad de Piura, anticipated to be completed by 2023.
