Geoffrey Duda

Geoffrey Duda has a comprehensive work experience in the energy sector. Geoffrey served as the Chief Operating Officer at ENGIE Resources, starting in January 2023. Prior to that, they were the Vice President at the same company from December 2021 to February 2023. Before joining ENGIE Resources, Geoffrey worked as the Managing Partner at Teleios Commodities from May 2019 to December 2021. Geoffrey also held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Agera Energy from May 2018 to April 2019. Previously, they worked as the Chief Commercial Officer & General Manager at Liberty Power from November 2017 to April 2018. Geoffrey has also held various leadership roles at Direct Energy, including Senior Vice President & General Manager, Vice President and General Manager - US, Vice President & Chief Operating Officer, Vice President, Business Integration, Direct Energy Residential, and Vice President and GM, Direct Energy Business Canada. Geoffrey started their career at NiSource as the Manager, New Business | Economic Development. Overall, Geoffrey Duda has extensive experience in building and leading energy organizations, driving profitable growth, and overseeing P&L responsibilities.

Geoffrey Duda pursued a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautical Engineering from The Ohio State University, completing their degree from 1986 to 1990. Geoffrey later obtained a Juris Doctor, Summa Cum Laude, from Capital University Law School, where they studied from 1995 to 1998.

After their law degree, Geoffrey Duda acquired their Juris Doctor (JD) certification from the American Bar Association and the Ohio State Bar Association in January 1999.

In 2004, Geoffrey Duda enrolled in Ohio University and pursued a Master's in Financial Economics, obtaining their degree in 2006.
