Charlotte Richard

Charlotte Richard is an experienced professional in the field of methanisation, currently serving as a senior research engineer at ENGIE since June 2018. Prior to this role, Charlotte worked as a methanisation consultant at Energeo Technologies from June 2016 to May 2018 and as the project development manager for biogas at Plantagas from July 2013 to June 2016. Responsibilities at Plantagas included conducting technical studies, evaluating economic aspects of projects, and managing investor relations. Charlotte's academic background includes a Doctorate in Environmental Sciences from ABIES (AgroParisTech) and a Master’s degree in Applied Microbiology and Biological Engineering from multiple institutions including Paris VI, Paris VII, and AgroParisTech. While at Irstea (Cemagref), Charlotte focused on optimizing bioethanol production from organic waste, contributing to five articles and a patent, while also overseeing Master's level internships and presenting at international conferences.
