Chris Mayer

Chris Mayer is a seasoned Regional Talent Manager and HR Business Partner at ENGIE, a role they have held since 2023, focusing on talent and career development across the AMEA region. With over a decade of experience at ENGIE, Chris previously served as Head of Talent overseeing high-potential and early career functions in the UK and as Talent Development and Learning Director at ENGIE Impact. They began their career in 2005 through the Graduate Scheme at ENGIE (formerly Balfour Beatty WorkPlace), progressing through various operational and functional roles, including Skills Manager at RoMEC. Chris holds a Coaching and Behavioral Change Diploma from Henley Business School and a BA in Philosophy from The University of Sheffield.
