Eduardo Vetere is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in talent management and organizational development. Currently serving as the Group Talent Director in the Group HR Department at ENGIE, Eduardo is responsible for the professional development and career management of the company’s top 300 senior global leaders. Previous roles include Human Resources Vice President at ENGIE Impact Americas, where responsibilities included addressing decarbonization needs for Fortune 500 companies, and Chief Human Resources Officer at ENGIE Services Chile, overseeing a comprehensive HR department for a large workforce. Eduardo has also held positions such as Human Resources LATAM Regional Project Manager and HR & Administration Chief Officer for significant projects in the energy sector. Eduardo holds a degree in Economics from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella and a Master in Applied Economics & International Finance from Sciences Po.
